If I'm 6DPO then there's no chance for us this cycle and the second temp rise would be a blip. FF has me ov'ing at CD9 :eek: and on CDs 6-8 I wasn't getting home until gone 9pm and was shattered / really stressed. Not the best time for BD. Strictly speaking we're not trying for this cycle though - if we conceive on this cycle, I'd be due 10/03/13 according to FF - that happens to be a week before DH's and my dad's birthdays (which fall on the same day).

Thanks for the SS though Also sending you a giant hug. I'd skip the gym if I was feeling bad. No point making yourself feel worse by pushing yourself too far.

Tea lover, as someone who has previously overtrained to the point of injury, I'd suggest listening to your body. If you're in pain, do not go to the gym. Have a rest day. In the grand scheme of things, it wont make that much difference and it might even prevent injury.

Comp, I have no understanding of charts but fingers crossed.

Nothing going on here. Wont even ov for at least 10 days. Sigh. I hate stupid long cycles.

Def no chance of over-training, haven't been near the place for a week Once I left it so long between visits that they'd moved the car park and started work on a whole new building I knew nothing about :rotfl:. Stupid endo pain - has been behaving for a while so guess I was due a bad day.

heh, my gym is opposite the door to my office so it stares at me accusingly if I don't go.

Oooh endo pain - I think that definitely requires rest and chocolate guiltfree.

Today I feel rubbish. I'm so dizzy.
