Think I cross posted with skintchick, how awful.

Well, I feel so bad saying it as it's already decided but from the start hubby has been keen on a girl and I'm inclined to agree. No nursery furniture yet, not much money and we move house from shared accommodation to our own (still rented!) house in June so that is when we will look for furniture - the argos salisbury set (pine) is most likely what we will get. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3773743.htm It becomes a bed but not a desk, that's so multipurpose, its fab.

Lilymay, think I tried to follow SMEP and did it wrong so did day 8 but ov'd later so not til Day 15 so felt like I was doing it for so long and getting no lines!

Hello everyone haven't posted on here this month as I've been very disheartened by it all, if I'm honest. Think I'm on day 13 today, but haven't been testing for ovalation, and hubby poorly so think we are properly out this month anyway....

I really thought last month was going to be 'our month' as had so many weird symptoms, but then AF turned up.

Keep dreaming I'm pregnant - which is making me feel fed up.

Haven't read back over posts yet, so hugs to those in need etc.

Oh I am so sorry for your friend Skink, I can't even begin to understand how she feels.

As for the work/pregnancy thing. I don't think there is ever a perfect time work wise to have a child. I have been in my job 7 years and its going to be just as awkward. But mine is because there is only me and one other person that run the bar, no one else except my OH who helps out in emmergencies. The other guy works full time in another job, so can't do the shifts I do. So when I go on maturnity leave one day it will mean either I go back early, or OH has to do my shifts, or they get someone new in (which is doubtful). But I don't think of it all that way, in the end I would like a child and that's it. It'll all work out somehow.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Hi all, just delurking for a wee minute to congratulate bezzy and aida x

Also, I spotted a sign up at the FS yesterday asking people attending not to wear strong perfume or aftershave as it can be harmful to embryos, I had a quick google and it seems that some research has been done, but opinions are varied. I just thought that was interesting! And, Asda are giving folic acid out for free

  • Think the gynae was in a rush to get home early today. he said there was a 5cm cyst on my left ovary and wants an ultrasound within the week and got an appt to see him next week.
On a positive note, my FSH ('egg reserve' so it was put) was fine. My day 22 progesterone level was 10 or 11 I think but I AF didn't arrive for another 12 days after that so I 'probably ov'd'. And DH's SA was fine - 27 milllion in 1ml and mobility?motility was 79% so he's very pleased with himself!
Good luck with the FS tomorrow QQuaver
