Why is it when I have a bad day it's a rrrreeeeaaaallly bad day. I have spent my day running around.
Firstly went to pick up some gas for the bar and it turns out that they gave me the wrong one, so I have to do another 30 mile trip tomorrow morning before work to get another.
Then picked up the wrong drinks for work, so had to go back and get some more.
Then found out a really important cheque for work has gone missing in the post, so had to travel 50 miles to take another as I just don't trust the post.
Then had a crappy night at work, Oh went to see his dad to discover that he now has diabetes and has a serious infection in his leg. He's been having health problems for 6 months now, and things are getting worse. He keeps falling over and I think it's getting to a point now where the 3 of us are going to have to consider moving in with him, as he is struggling to look after himself. But if we do that will put pay to trying to have a baby. But there's no way we would see him go in a home. He's just giving up on life.
Then FIL told OH that OH's sister is ill again and looks as though she probably has lung cancer, but she's hidden herself away and no one can get hold of her.

So most defintely not a good day, I just wish FIL would ask us for help. even if it was just me cooking him a few meals a week.

Sorry about it not being TTC related, I really just needed to vent a little. Sorry.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Whoa what a day vesper - hope things perk up this weekend for you.

Yay to 2b getting the job!!!!

Had myself and oh all worked up for ov this weekend but CD11 and still a low on CBFM. This is month 3 and both month 1 and 2 I had a high by about CD9 at the latest so I thought a pattern had developed. Humph.

Got lots of chores lined up for this weekend - not very exciting but needs must. Will have had at least 3 rows with OH by the end of today I think as we're choosing soft furnishings!

    Hi all,

Congrats 2b on the job, and hope the AI went well the other day.

I'm feeling a bit down today. Had a ridiculous fight with OH last night and he is still sulking over nothing. And did a test today which was a BFN - and I think I am 11 or 12 DPO (I need QQ back to find out!) so something should be showing up by now. No symptoms to speak of, and pretty down about it all.

My very good friend around the corner is coming home with her second today, which is fantastic for her, but I can't help getting a bit depressed about it. And my boss is also about to go on leave as his wife is due in the next couple of days. So it's going to be all about newborns for the next few months.

I have a CBFM that I haven't used, so I suppose I will have to actually use it soon. I keep putting of things in the hope that it will just happen, but time seems to roll on, and absolutely nothing happening is very depressing.

Anyway, bit of a down day...

Time2Deal - hugs for feeling down, it may be too early to test as not 14dpo yet. If af does show up then you have the cbfm to use and I always feel trying something new helps with pma.

Hi, I started to use Clearblue Fertility Monitor this month and I read on another forum that even though the monitor asks for a test, you can skip if you know for sure that you are not fertile and the monitor carries on as normal the next day(s).

I have done this and done a test every other day instead of every day that it has asked for since I know based on my past three months of temping and OPK's I am still a week off ovulation.

Hope this helps someone, since these tests are not cheap!

    Heeellooo girls I'm back:wave:

MIL has decided to go ahead with the op which is on the 27th (the date was offered on the day I went to her house, so very good timing:cool:).

MIL kept saying she doesn't want to do the op, and just want to disappear/die right now, and I kept saying don't say that, we don't want you to go etc etc.

And on one occasion I said 'DH was so upset to hear you only have a year or two...' then noticed MIL's shocked face:shocked: Apparently nobody told her exactly how long she had (ooops, forgot her hearing is not so good).

She said a year is not long enough, she thought she had something like 5 years. And off to the phone to BIL to confirm what I said, and op was booked:cool:

Feel really guilty for telling her the shocking news in the way I did:(, but I was with her when the doctor said the same thing, and she really looked like she understood that.
