    Hi all.

I have just received some cheapy ov test strips from amazon and they say not to use FMU. Is this right?? They are the ones with the green tip. Peeing on a stick first thing in the morn is all I know.......I am not good with change :-)

Rubbish day, work awful, plus a pregnant lady popped in to use one of the computers and I felt complete irrational resentment so sat there muttering to myself like a mad woman.

Only CD 7, and probably wont ovulate for at least 3 weeks so I am now enjoying a glass of wine........still muttering to myself!!

    Carrot as well as stick

    ;)

    Haha thanks Nicki :)

Well I went, also did the body fat measurement thing and I was so shocked I'm never eating chocolate again!

I also was naughty and only did a few of the inside thigh weight machine as a guy came over just as my legs were being flung wide and I couldn't carry on with a straight face as he looked right at my crotch!

Also a google adventure today taught me another random fact about my foof- it makes hydrogen peroxide to kill germs which is why my knickers get bleached :T:rotfl:

Mrshappy - nice to see you post, how you doing?

Thanks, I am ok, very very tired due to family illnesses and lots of hospital visiting as well as working, studying etc. RL can be a PITA :o I would much rather spend my time on here with you ladies chatting about foof sizes :rotfl:My gran finally got home from hospital, so hopefully things will settle down there. I had a really tough evening with my mum tonight who has finally got her head round the fact that her cancer is back and she will need more chemo. I feel as if my failure in concieving is letting her down as she keeps asking me if we have had any luck yet-despite telling her about mrh's 'problems' she thinks it will happen anyway.
I've just read that back and remembered why I have been lurking and not posting much-I'm a miserable moan  Every time I have a read of this thread there is always something to make me laugh though-thanks ladies :)

Hope today went okay lemonmelon, and that everyone is good, tomorrow is Friday :j

I have read back but I have forgotten every single post I was going to write, urgh, Im really sorry

I did want to say LM - good luck back at work .
Tink - so sorry its been awful
Aida ((big hugs)),you are a strong lady!

And hugs for those who have had a BFN today, and generally horrid days.

I got a peak today, so we hot foot it over to the other side of London to meet our Donor today. I also had an interview today (please keep fingers crossed, this job sounds AMAZING!)... so we've really been rushing about.

We're going to try tomorrow, BUT - we have an immigiration interview re DWs visa, and donor can only meet at a certain time - we;ve booked hotel so we are totally pushing it timewise. I hope we can, otherwise thats another wasted £80.

Did I also mention I went to chase up my NHS gynae referral (sent 1st feb) as I want to start Clomid asap, and its GONE MISSING. I have to start the process all again. I am furious with my doctors, they are so blooming useless!

Having said all of this, I feel this strange sense of calm that has come over me. The calm before the storm, perhaps? I don't know. It could be the calm that DW felt after seeing the consultant and knowing the facts.

    Odd though!

    xx

TesmLowe - well done for going to gym and :rotfl: for man looking right at your crutch.

2b - hugs for useless doctors, hope they sort it quickly. Fingers crossed you get the job and get time to meet your donor again.

Mrshappy - hugs for all that is going on in real life. Try not to put added pressure on yourself, easier said than done I know. It's fine to moan and rant on here so don't worry about it.

    Hugs Primmer.

I'm feeling very lost without OH but need to cheer up as of now as I'm working with children and there is no way they can see me in a bad mood. Wish me luck Ladies.
  • ((((((((((big hugs)))))))))) to primmer, kavics and mrs happy - I'm sorry life is being so mean to you ladies :( I know nothing I can say will make you feel better but I'm thinking of you all.

2B hope your manic day goes to plan, massive lucks heading your way for the interview and meeting with donor, I get calmer the more stuff I have to do-no time for flapping!

Thanks for your good wishes yesterday - work was pretty horrid and I had a good sob when I got home but I'm putting on my 'fine' face and going back today. My OH is going to meet me for lunch from the bakery so I'll just think about that :)

lemonmelon - (((hugs))) hope today is a better day, and enjoy your lunch xx.

Had a horrible day yesterday. Appraisal at work was a nightmare - ended up telling my boss I don't like working here, that everything I do in my job is pointless and that I don't want to be here anymore. So bearing in mind there's a threat of redundancy when they relocate in a few months I've effectively talked myself out a job.

I just can't stand the man. I've never wanted to hit someone so much in my life.

Then at my Lent group last night we were talking about purpose in life and all I could think was that all I want to do is be a mum and instead I have to do this sh*tty job. So I just sat there with a right face on all night.

And OH rounded the day off nicely by being a completely useless @rse. Have had a major busy week and have got so much to do for a charity event tomorrow - all I asked him to do was wash up. There was hardly anything there, would have taken 2 mins but he couldn't even get round to that. Ended up having a massive row and I slept in the spare room - so clearly no BD! I swear he could not be less helpful if he tried. All I want is a bit of support, to know that there's someone to help take the strain but no, that's just too much effort for him.

Plus the FS still hasn't got back to me about whether we need to do the SA before the appt with them.

Am so close to getting in the car and just running away.

    Apologies for massive rant.

Hugs tea lover, sounds like an all round rubbish day for you, I feel your pain asking OH to do something and it not being done, mrh does totally random stuff in the house, but nothing useful like dishes (he does the dishes sometimes,, but not when I ask him to) or putting a washing on, it does my head in!
