I have a peak today on the CBFM! It seems a bit early to me but we are taking advantage of it...I haven't noticed any EWCM but we are trying Conceive Plus so that should help.

MrsJ28 congrats on the stretchy CM! And good luck with the military operation :)

For the first time sine I bought it, er last year - I got the zumba thingy for the wii out of the box, and gave the beginning session a try.

It's so much harder than I thought it would be and I am SO much more uncoordinated that I thought I was in my head. God, I hope DW NEVER lets me dance in public ever again.

Also, I actually only managed about 10 minutes of it at a very low pace, because of my back issues. (I shouldn't in theory be doing any exercise without checking with my Physio first). I might go swimming this afternoon - certain styles are OK for me to do.

I am sick and blooming tired of being a big fat lump. I have plastered pictures of me at a healthy weight and one I felt great at, on the fridge and the cupboards.. in an attempt to shift some pounds.

I'm a bit scared to get on the scales though :/

Keep doing it ! I fell over myself the first time doing zumba on the wii and sounded like a 90 a day smoker at the end of it but the 2nd time round I was greatly improved and LOVED it !

Fingers crossed it's nothing, but realistically a spotting nearer to AF due date is usually AF:o

Spotting tonight for me, to go along with the big temp dip this morning. CD1 for me tomorrow please QQ.

In the knowledge it was coming, I have been putting together a plan of action for next month. Spent this morning researching all the best things to do, take, eat and avoid during AF, and have got my list of dos and don'ts ready, along with a menu plan for the next 5 days. Over the course of the next couple of days will do the same for the period between AF and ovulation, then for ovulation, and finally for 2ww. Hopefully by breaking the month into different stages it will go more quickly and I can keep my PMA up for the whole month.

Nicki - hugs for beginning of af, do like the sound of breaking the month down into manageable parts and planning all you can for those parts.

I am doing all I can to lose weight after having stayed the same for last few weeks. Not hugely over-weight but would like to lose about 1 stone just to be healthier in general. Done one Zumba class and then 2 sessions on the wii this week and have been following SW diet too.

It is a bit specific to my own circumstances, but subject to that, sure thing. By that I mean, I'm working on the basis that my body is still recovering from the miscarriage, and that one of the issues is that I need a thick enough endometrium to successfully implant, and also takes into account my PCOS and fibroid

    Do's
    (to help build up endometrium)
    Lots of rest
    Only gentle exercise
    stay calm and mellow
Use time to plan ahead and be creative
    Keep a diary
    Positive affirmations
Aromatherapy oils: bergamot, chamomile and cypress
    (for PCOS)
    eat every 3 hours
    organic food if possible
    (for fibroid)
avoid too much dairy and use lacto free milk
    eat live yoghurt
drink filtered water at room temperature

    Don't
    tampons
    sex during period
    swimming
    vigorous exercise
    stress
    sugar, alcohol and caffeine
painkillers (try epsom salts baths or heat for period pain)

    Good foods include
black beans, blackcurrants, beetroot, carrots, chestnuts, cherries, dates, eggs, figs, grains, dark leafy greens, meat, seaweed, squash, pine nuts, root veg

    Meal plans

    Breakfasts:
    wholegrain toast w blackcurrant jam
    porridge/weetabix
    poached egg on wholegrain toast

    Lunches:
    chicken soup
wholemeal quiche w beetroot and salads
    scrambled egg w wholegrain toast
    beans on toast

    Main meals:
roast beef, root veg, roast potatoes, w date and apple pudding for dessert (having friends for lunch on Sunday so have to make a bit of an effort for that!)
    morroccan chicken w couscous
chicken and black bean chilli with wholemeal tortillas
salmon en croute (made w lots of spinach) and salad
butternut squash curry with brown rice

    Snacks:
    crudites with hummus
    nuts/seeds
    fresh fruit

Will also carry on with the Chinese Medicine twice a day (now getting used to the taste and quite enjoy it!) and the acupuncture tomorrow, and also my pregnacare supplement.

All to be revised again by Tuesday, when AF should have gone.

    Hugs Nicki!
Good plan though, I really like your list!

I'm hoping for a BFP for March though I need to wait at least 14 days before I can test...

Nicki, what's wrong with swimming and exercise ? :s
You're my font of knowledge so worried I'm doing things wrong lol

Kavics, I got a note through to say your package is at the post office. That did mean that I had to explain to DH what it was and he's 'very disapponted' in me cos I phrased it as 'this woman off the Internet has sent me some tablets' which made me laugh as when I said it cos it does sound rather dodgy lol He says next time I do something on the Internet like that I have to say it out loud first and if it makes me laugh like drain I'm of allowed to do it lol

Was guna go the gym but belly's been a bit dodgy tonight, think it migh be because I've been taking a different brand of metformin so maybe more potent? Let's hope so

14dpo by the list but my second guess of Ov puts me at about 9dpo I think. And this is exactly why I want to temp next month! Lol

PS for those being visited by e witch, could you please send her my way? Ta x x
