Morning Ladies,
It's Sunday and we have no plans whatsoever. Yesterday did everything we were supposed to and now so bored, not sure whether we should go out (raining) or stay in.
I'm CD16, high fertility on CBFM so we did BD twice yest and already this morning. I need to make the most of the weekend as OH has his dr app tmrw and I don't think we will have any actions. I feel good though, I had my second session of acupuncture too yest. I will have one every Sat though the next one will be a relaxation one rather than helping ovulation.
Welcome Lulu!
QQ, hope your MIL will change her mind. My OH's mum is not feeling well either, she had 2 mini strokes last year and her blood pressure is all over the place, they can't seem to control it. She spent 2 nights in hospital last week but is out now. OH is going to pay for her to go to one of the best private clinics next week and sort this out.
Teamlowe, it's agnus cactus. If you pm me your address I send you mine, I bought it 2 months ago but took only 5 tablets. I keep forgetting it and my cycle is ok at the moment. NO point to keep it if I don't take it.
Abis, so sorry for the car bill!0 -
 morning everybody!
Welcome Lulu! I don't use CBFM so can't answer your question, but I know lots of others do and will be very helpful. Hope you have a short and sweet stay here!
Abis  at the car bill... so sorry... but glad you have the car back. Loving all the new smilies. I need to investigate!!
Having a lovely weekend here, weather yesterday was amazing, miserable rain today but we are off out to Church and then for a pub lunch with some friends.
TTC wise not much to report. This was my first week of temping and I am getting into the swing of it. One question - I usually wake up between about 6.15 and 7.15 (sometimes naturally, sometimes alarm). I am shoving the thermometer in my mouth as soon as I am conscious, thought it would be better than waiting until, say, 7.15 as then I would have been moving around for a while and temp reading not so accurate. Is that correct?
Am away one night this week and then DH is away next weekend, so fingers crossed we manage to DTD enough this week and OV falls on a convenient day!!0 -

Just PMed you, thanks very muchtuna try them next month and the soy isoflavones the month after that, as I like experimentation lol
Just woke up from a long PMA dream, it was a bit daft as I couldn't actually see my children but I dreamt that we was on holiday and going to go to a watermark but I needed to buy them car seats first and there was no Argos anywhere around, the dream ended when I was trying to get my satnav on to go to mothercare lol
Made me feel positive that I will have my bakes eventually though
Started a 'very easy blanket' for my niece, it's basically 40 rows of 130 stitches in seven colours, and only knitted stitches.mits tuna take forever but hopefully look good. Started with a wool that's blue/light blue/purple which I love so going to have to find some colours to go with that x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Morning ladies
I've been a lurker on the forum for a while but think it's time to be brave and post. We've been TTC since Christmas when I came off the pill, I had an implant before that. Been having normal periods and last month bought a CBFM on eBay.
CBFM is showing me as CD6, asked for a test this morning and immediately went to High fertility. That's not right is it? Last month, the first month using it, I tested from day 6 and didn't get a high until day 13. I'm hoping it's just a glitch but am a bit concerned - I can't return it as it was second hand. I'm hoping some of you experts can put my mind at rest.
Lulu,
I forgot to answer to this. Mine was the same. From day 6 till day 16 it was high fertility and got my peak on day 17. I had to use 20 sticks last month bec of this but all is well. I got my period on day 31 so I guess it was correct. Mine is second hand too. This month I got my high on day 13.0 -
Mbarrett - I thought you meant your real Auntie had come to visit then and you didn't want to see her again for a year.
Am a little calmer about the car bill today. Had some tears yesterday after saying I was fed up of crying, lol! DH's ebay auctions ended yesterday and he has made £400 on there and I am on with ebaying this weekend too. So hopefully we will get a good amount to pay against the bill before the credit card even comes through.
I'm on quite a strict debt schedule now. It was set up so that the main debts would be paid before a baby came. Obviously as a baby isn't arriving as fast as I would like, then it will mean some of the other debts will get repaid as well hopefully now as well. When unexpected large things like the car bill pop up it really terrifies me, as I am so scared of slipping behind on the debt schedule. I feel like if I miss one months payment, then I will be on a slippery slope again and struggle to get back in control.
I've had to register as a business seller now as I had maxed out on what I was allowed to list as a private ebayer within a 30 day period
MrsJ - the smileys are a-maz-ing!!It does take a lot longer to type out a message tho as I want to add new funky smileys all over the place, lol!!
As for the temping - its my first month too. I thought you were meant to do it whilst half asleep as you wake up, as then it isn't effected by activity levels or stress levels etc. Mine seems all over the place tho, so I'm no expert. I don't seem to be getting my ovulation rise at all
I have also been trying out my OPK's the last couple of days. My lines seem to be awfully pale, on both the control line and the test line. Is that normal? The control line is slightly darker than the test line - but its not dark like it would be on a pregnancy test control line. Is that normal? I suppose it just supports my temperature that I aren't ov yet? Its CD22 now so I really would like to ov soonMarried my lobster in July 2011

Hi all. CD 40 here
the longest cycle of my life! I used to have regular 30 day cycles but since having a tube removed the last one was 34 days and goodness knows when AF will turn up next. I have tested and its BFN. I didn't get a positive on OPK when I thought I should but haven't continued to test so all I can hope for is that I ovulated late and still managed to catch that eggy, although I doubt it as we have only BD twice in the last week. Does anyone know if I should be concerned about this long cycle and at which point I should seek further advice from GP? I've had what feels like PMT and period pain on and off for the past 10 days but nothing is happening.

Candle wax, the standard advice is usually to consult your doctor if you don't have af in a 3 month period, as apparently the longer you go (over that, regularly) the more chance of issues resulting with your womb lining. If you're really concerned you can, of course, go back to the doctor...but I doubt they'll be much use at the stage and suspect they'll just tell you your body's settling down after what happened
hope af/bfp arrives shortly for you though

Hello all, just popping off to say hi :hello:
Think things may finally be moving here. Had a teeny, tiny bit of spotting yesterday. Hardly much to report but hey, slightly better than nothing I guess! Am now on CD59 so fingers are v tightly crossed that AF will turn up soon so I can just get on with the next cycle.
It's freezing here today, think I'm going to give in and put the heating on. Was going to make a weetabix cake but managed to pick up allspice instead of mixed spice in asda so not sure that will work:eek::rotfl:
Have a good day all, PMA and baby-dust to you all0 -
CD1 :mad::mad::(If you can think it........it will happen0
