Started today with Evening primrose oil and multi vitamins, so hopefully I will have calm months and reduced PMT.
Was going to try the Agnus Castus but when in Holland and Barratt the woman was advising me to try the Evening Primrose oil and multi vitamins to help me.
Worth a try. 120 tablets of each for £11.

    Morning all,

Just tested and BFN, I think Im being silly in testing this early! (DPO 6-8)

I am going to try my hardest to leave it until wed now, when ill be ~ DPO11, hopefully a better chance of a BFP then??

Am going to an antiques fair now to take my mind off things!

I think at 10dpo its around 10%. so 11 probably isnt much more.

you need to wait longer! :) are you temping? if you temp you can work out when to bother testing or not.

It's thought that the herb, Agnus Castus, helps with hormone imbalance/cycle length issues

Soy isoflavones is supposed to be like "nature's clomid"

Vit B complex is supposed to help with LP issues

    HTH :)

Hope everyone's weekend is going ok so far. Hello to you all and sending my best wishes. I've been trying to read the posts via email digest on my journeys to work (make the 1hr20 bus trip bearable) as I don't log in often.

Bought a thermometer yesterday to try temping alongside my phone app (which has proved to be quite accurate - probably just a coincidence this week).

QQ - can you change me to CD5 please? Auntie paid a visit on testing day and went home yesterday :j Hopefully won't see her until next year (if we're lucky) ;)
