a fascinating fact for your weekend LM- a pint of lager has around the same calories as a mars bar. and people would expect you to eat like 5 mars bars in a row now would they? lol x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Littlemoog - Dental pain works wonders for me. Just rub your jaw a bit and no one will know any better. I'm on antibiotics at the mo for my wisdom teeth.
In fact, this has just reminded me I forgot to take it at lunch!0 -
Good luck with getting the appointment moved. It would be frustrating to miss a month, just because of the timing of a test
. I do seem to have got a slow egg, fxd, because my temp was not up yet this morning. All I need now is for OH to get back early in the evening, rather than late tonight, and for my temp to go up tomorrow, or even better on Saturday, and I'll be feeling happier about this months chances. Would have liked to have a few battalions in place before ov day if I could
, but nothing to be done about that now.
Right, I'm off now, will be back late Saturday:wave:
TTC40, hope your egg will wait for your DH:)
Tea Lover, your plan sounds good, good luck:)
He called the hospital & if he doesn't have the test on Monday, it would be another month to wait. If he was home tonight I would probably have put the test off but have decided to stick with the test as is. So no BDing this weekend & definitely no pg for me this month.
As he said, timing is everything. I am impressed that he called the hospital promptly when I asked him to this morning (despite being abroad). As Kavics has said - I think he really wants a baby. I normally have to remind him several times to get things done!
Can enjoy my March holiday & hope that next cycle is better timed. He has got a week away next month - hoping it's better timed.
Nicki - hope tonights the night!0 -

Fertile period doesn't stack up for me either. My three have January, March and September birthdays and the two losses had due dates in December and April, so pretty evenly spread throughout the year. I am also one of three, with birthdays in June, October and November.
For the avoiding alcohol ruse, you could stock up with some Becks blue if you are normally a lager drinker? They are completely alcohol free, and look and taste exactly like normal Becks. You really wouldn't know they were sin free unless you looked very closely at the label, and if anyone did you could always laugh and say you bought them without noticing and how dizzy are you!0 -

Sorry to hear this. We aren't having a lot of good news on the thread lately, particularly for those of us who have been here for a while. Hope you can relax and look after yourself for the rest of today. Maybe we should revive the AF room fully stocked with wine, chocolate and all forbidden treats, which seemed to close down when RebekahR left us!0 -

:eek::eek: that's something I wish I didn't know!
I wouldn't overthink it Little Moog, it's surprising how little people notice. Just nurse halves and have the odd softy, chances are no-one will notice.
The second someone starts trotting out excuses as to why they aren't drinking (especially when no-one's mentioned it!) I just assume they're pregnant! If someone does ask just say you're watching the calories. A few drinks in the 2ww is fine (IMO) and the more other people drink the less they notice what you're doing anyway so maybe start with alcohol then taper off as everyone else gets sloshed!0 -
