Trying for a Baby Part 7

Birdie how on earth can you eat 4 pancakes, OH has just made me some as I've just got in from work, and I feel sick after 3.
I can't remember which car advert it was, I think it was the Kia one though when it goes on about how they could have took it up the mountains but didn't. Can't remember, last night was a blur of hormones and tears. They've just started again after watching the Galaxy Nexus advert, as there's a person videoing a little toddler on it.
Defintely over the top hormonal, went to Pets at Home earlier and there was a lovely older rat in there (I already have 3 rats as pets) and started blubbing in the aisle as he's much older and would soon be put to sleep. Had to go and hide outside for a couple of minutes. Better news though he came home with us and is very nicely just sat on my shoulder watching me type this. So a happy ending.
Got to admit it was a nice night at work (bar), everyone was in a happy mood and my friend's 6 year old was in, so I spent the night playing pool with her and messing about. She's such a wonderful happy kid, and doesn't fail to make me smile.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Finally got my first CBFM peak today! Hope this means I ovulate tomorrow as DH isn't back until then. Yesterday's OPK was negative so hopeful we may still be in with a chance of timing things right. With luck the extra week before ovulation will mean I have a nice thick lining for an egg to implant.0

Yay to Vesper for rescuing the rat! :j Sounds like something I would do! X0

Nicki - congrats on the peak!! I normally ov on day of 2nd peak.
Vesper - well done for re-homing the rat.0 -
Great news Nicki - hope the egg takes it's time!
Still no positive for me on OPK. I will keep testing each morning though - will have a dilemma if it comes tomorrow or Friday - should I get OH to call the hospital to see if SA can be moved to later next week?
Probably worth a call.
That said, we go on holiday in a couple of weeks. We are going with a group & it will be an active week (with plenty of alcohol on offer), so in many ways it would be better if next month was our month!
Decisions, decisions! Well not really - there might not be a positive OPK this month.0 -
Also my nips are sensitive today, keep giving myself a cheap thrill when I accidentally brush them lol x x
:rotfl:That made me LOL!Birdie how on earth can you eat 4 pancakes, OH has just made me some as I've just got in from work, and I feel sick after 3.
In my defence they weren't very big!I can't lift the big pan with one hand to toss them so we use a little one and just make more

Sammygirl - sorry for AF.
BFN for me today so I'm sure I will be CD1 tomorrow, I wasn't actually too upset cause it meant I could take a paracetamol for my head, feeling a bit better now but I hate colds.0 -

Morning ladies
Hope everyone's well, just popping in to say hello :hello:
Nicki, fingers crossed you don't OV until hubby gets home
LemonMelon, hugs for BFN
hugs for anyone else that needs/wants them. I have a busy day at work, followed by pilates and then the cinema with my friend. We're off to see The Vow, something I'd never be able to get DH to go to! :rotfl: So I'm using up our clubcard cinema vouchers as they expire 29th Feb.
Nothing SS-wise to report, only 4dpo so I know that anything I'm feeling is probably imaginaryLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
