Hi, has anyone tried the "taking charge of your fertility" windows application? There is a free trial on the website and it looks good.

http://www.tcoyf.com/content/ApplicationDownload.aspx

After entering my daily temp and cm for February, here is what it is telling me:

FERTILITY ANALYSIS: You are in the fertile phase of your cycle. Your coverline temperature is 36.66 and you have one temperature above it. You have two days of cervical fluid dry-up after your peak day. This could be indicative of ovulation having just occurred or of being imminent. TCOYF must wait until you have a complete thermal shift and cervical fluid dry-up before estimating ovulation and determining the start of post-ovulatory infertility.
• Hi all,
I've have to admit I have been lurking around here for a few weeks and haven't posted yet, so thanks for all the info I've had so far!
Myself and oh have been married since October last year (together for nearly 7) and have started talking about ttc. We are very broody but want to make sure that we are ok financially and such before we start, although we have decided that I will come off the pill. Don't think we will start seriously trying for a few months yet, but having been on the pill (microgynan 30) for 7 years, I wanted to have a rest from it before we get going! I've now been off them for two weeks and I'm having the most hideous headaches and I'm so tired, it's just hit me for six. Just wondered if anyone here had had the same thing and if it's a fairly normal effect of coming off the pill. Thanks, Tam x
• Thanks 2b, I'm feeling pretty rubbish so I think it will be a negative. Don't think I can resist testing anyway

Sorry I can't help with your query TamVilla80, if you don't feel right check with your gp or family planning clinic, they should be able to set you straight. All the best with ttc :)

On the issue of exercise, when I was pregnant with DS I carried on exercising for about 6 months into my pregnancy and this helped me stay trim. You should carry on as normal unless you participate in dangerous sports like rugby or sky diving.
I know people who are professional runners and they ran all the way up to the last month of pregnancy and were back running a month after giving birth.

Flee what types of exercises have've done during your pregnancy?

TeamLowe: Thank you for the link. Really informative.

Hi Ta
I felt really crappy when I came off the pill (cerazette), constantly tired, really run down. Saw my gp, had full blood panel taken. No abnormal results, and when my periods restarted a few weeks later I started to feel better.

Congratulations on your BFP Jules - wishing you a very healthy and happy pregnancy :)

Hello TamVilla - sorry, no direct experience of your query, but Im thinking maybe the headaches are a side effect of coming off the pill. Maybe give it another week or so and if they are still giving you bother, then see your GP?

2ba3c - Good luck for your interview, Fingers crossed.

Qq - Please can you take me off the list? I have been spotting since last night and it is getting heavier so AF will be in full flow by the morning. I really fancy some chocolate but only have biscuits in - guess they will have to do lol.

I used to go to the gym and carried on with light cardio exercising. I had bad sickness as had to wait until this settled down. No rowing or running but everything else was ok unless it pulls on your stomach muscles.
