QQ still no idea if I've ovulated or not - no sign of AF yet! I'm wondering if I OV'd around the time when I was expecting AF when I had some stomach cramps for a few days. If I did then I should get AF any day now as that was two weeks ago. Hope AF will show up soon!0

((((hugs)))) 2ba3c, hope you're okay? are you still testing tomorrow? I was thinking I would join you if you were - I've got the whole day to myself and a bfn will stop my imagination getting too carried away!0 -
Congratulations to Jules!

this is the NHS guidance on exercise in pregnancy:
http://www.nhs.uk/Planners/pregnancycareplanner/pages/Stayactive.aspx
so looks good, it's basically just be sensible and go at a comfortable pace for you and tell any instructors if you take classesglad it doesn't rule out strength training either, as that's my main area of enthusiasm as i've read that putting on muscle helps with insulin levels
Ladies, i've taken your advice to heart and had a good long and think. i've realised that right now ttc is my only goal and with it being something completely out of my control it's no wonder i've been getting stressed and down about it
so whilst i will still continue to follow this thread, IRL ttc will be on the back burner and getting in shape will be my main focus. i've decided that in the 22 weeks until my birthday i want to lose around 3 stone which will put my bmi into the low 30s.
this will hopefully help with the saving money as going to the gym will be my hobby (i really freaking love that pool) and i won't be eating expensive pap all the time like i normally do
i've also decided not to go for the tests the doctor offered til a little bit further down the line because i realised the 'come for tests in three months' was making me feel more pressure to get pregnant before then
...and if a side effect of my losing weight is that i do get pregnant, i'll still carry on at the gym and eating right as then i'd be making sure that two people stay healthyx x
Excellent plan TL!!
I think I need a hobby too...... ttc is like an obsessionIf at first you dont succeed, try, try again0 -
Does anybody ever feel they 'see' ttc stuff all over the place? Even when I think I am quite chilled out about everything...
...a friend just posted on facebook that the she 'starts temping tomorrow'.
I'm thinking... that's a bit of a public announcement.
Then the penny drops... she starts a new job tomorrow!! :rotfl:0 -

Erm ladies - I just wanted to ask a question... as i'm a raving looney who goes 'all in' with everything in life we are trying to be casual and NTNP in order to stop me manicly organising our life to the second and turning a tad neurotic!
I'm on CD8 (I think!) and I think im having ov pains on my right hand side... they feel like cramps down there so I guess thats what they are??? Never really paid any attention before we started NTNP... anyway does this mean that im ov or about to etc? I also feel a bit 'wetter' than usual too is that a sign of anything?:jBaby Boy born December 20120
