Hi ladies, just found this thread!

I have been WTT to try for some time, and last night we finally moved to 'not trying, not preventing' ... so basically just didn't reach for a condom! We're both ready for children but wanted to take it easy to start with, and see how things go. I have been tracking my cycles due to getting a UTI last year and not being able to tell the doctor when it was, but on the app it also tells me my fertile/ovulation days. We had unprotected sex last night, and yesterday was my first 'fertile day', and today is the day I ovulate (according to the app!)

I have EWCM today, and am a little confused about what that means. I know that it would be incredibly lucky to get pregnant from the first occasion of unprotected sex, but I can't help but be excited and also nervous as its actually happening now!

P.s. Tink - have you ever noticed that there seems to be a pattern of arguing with DH around ov time? I'm the same with my DH, and find I get quite irritable and less laid back around ov (which doesn't help with the well-timed BD )... maybe it's worth you considering/bearing in mind...?

((hugs)) for anyone that needs them. Tinks, hope you manage to make up with DH in time. I've noticed I'm a lot more tolerant to DH's annoying habits when I know we need to BD at bedtime :rotfl:

Negative OPK for me this afternoon, and high temp this morning, although I was a few hours late taking it, so I think I *might* have OV'd overnight. Hope tomorrow's temperature will confirm! Lots of BD action in the last couple of days, so fingers crossed we've caught the eggy!

I agree about the arguing. For me I think it's partially knowing that we have to BD, and so it isn't natural and just 'in the mood' BD'ing. Which stresses me out a little, and so I get a bit tetchy about things.

So we have an argument, and then I know I have to hold my tongue otherwise we'll never get to bed... which again leads to more stress, and more grumpiness! Silly really!

Just one more thing in the crazy world of ttc'ing.

TeamLowe, hope your DH gets over his mental block soon. Perhaps you should tell him practise makes perfect:p

As for ewcm, are you sure it's ewcm? The remains of BD can look incredibly similar? Anyway, if you think it could be ewcm, I'd BD once more:j

CD25 here and 12dpo. I think I'm getting crampy AF types pains. We shall see what this week brings. A BFP would be nice
