I'm sure everything will be great for you Scottish, I wish you the most uneventful pregnancy ever
All signs of Ov, at the right time for 35 day cycle but even though cough syrup not much EWCM unless I'm turned on. Humph. Unless the pool is messing with it? Cervix is too high for me to squeeze, guess that's a good sign too? Oh well, BDed Thursday, going to tonight and tomorrow so if egg is there hopefully we'll catch it, though last month was 42 day cycle so I might be imagining things and I'll Ov next week. Good job my husband's irresistablex x
No dice tonight, too under pressure to complete (of his own making). Least we have thursday's swimmers if I have Oved, just hope this is a fluke cos it upsets himx x

I did watch it as OH wasn't at home. The Hungarian guy made me feel sick at one point (when he was talking about how important it was for him that his wife cooked for him every day and than even more when he said he could get every women in his head:mad:), he represents the man I never ever want in my life. I grew up in Hungary and this attitude is so common there.
I expected more from this program tbh, it wasn't really good.
I'm 12DPO. Testing on Sunday. Officially. Of course unofficially I have been testing since Wed (waiting for QQ's reaction...):rotfl:.
That guy was weird. By the end of the show he seemed like a really nice guy and seemd tobe really supportive of his wife. Yet at the start he seemed like he was talking like how Id imagine a potential rapist to talk - and he was a mini cab driver of all things!! Just odd.
The rich guy was kinda strange. So was his girlfriend - maybe Im cynical but really what a suprise she agreed to have a baby after what 3 months or whatever it was of being together? And getting photoshoots every 5mins?
I liked the other guy - so sweet when he cried on his first day back to work. And reading up on all the info. Although his massage or whatever it was supposed to be at the birth went down as a 'death grip' :rotfl:0 -
evening ladies
after yesterday's randomly high temp back down to a more normal level this morning, so I didn't ov after all. think it's close though, had my first opk with any kind of line earlier! Test line was pretty close to the colour of the control line. BD'd this morning, and planning to do so again later and tomorrow.
Had a lovely day shopping with a friend, knackered now though, feel like we walked for miles!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Morning all.
Not posted too much this week - like some others have said, it's difficult to know what to say when you feel like a green eyed monster towards those getting pg quickly.
I am a nice person really & am genuinely pleased for them (but in a childish way think 'it's not fair' that it's not just a case of getting in a queue and waiting your turn).
Anyway, back to grown up world. Hugs to everyone dealing with the return of AF.
CD10 here. FF shows ov as tomorrow. I'm not temping so it is based on the history of previous cycles. I would expect it to be tomorrow/ Tuesday.
I am using digital CB - no smiley face yet.
Here's where it gets tricky. OH was meant to be working away from Tuesday morning - so I had thought we would BD on Tuesday morning (as well as prior to that). This has now changed to tomorrow.
I could go and stay with him on Monday night. It would mean a 2 hour drive there & then drive back on Tuesday morning (after an early BD) to get back to work for 9.00am. So, not impossible & if this is the best day then I suppose I should.
It's a shame that it's not a luxury hotel - it's a budget chain. After Tuesday morning he's going further afield & I won't be able to see him until Friday night.
By the time next month comes round, hopefully we will have SA completed & know the results so will know if all the BDing is actually giving us a chance of getting pg. OH has been on some medication in the past which could have affected production.
On a positive note, lost a few pounds this week so BMI heading in the right direction.
Have a great Sunday everyone.0 -
If you get a smiley today TTC then I would BD tonight and tomorrow before he goes ( even if you have to wake up very early to do so). If not, then yes I would go and stay over on Monday night and BD Monday night and early Tuesday morning. This should cover you even if you don't ovulate until up to Wednesday or possibly Thursday all being well.
I also seem to be ovulating late this month (if at all). I usually ovulate on CD 12 or 13 but today is CD12 and no smiley on OPK or CBFM peak yet, and temps are all over the place. DH is also away on Wednesday and Thursday of this week so hoping I ovulate before he goes. Cervix is quite high and I do have EWCM so I hope it is going to happen this month, as it didn't seem to last month. Still waiting for my ovarian reserve results. I know my doctor is away this week and not sure how long for, so I hope he got the results back before he left and a letter is in the post, and if not, that he's only away for a weeks holiday!0 -
I have had the worst period pain in my life this morning, I literally was in tears. Thankfully nurofen did the job and it's all better now but I do feel so drained now.
Scottishchick, I have 10 years between my younger brother and me. It was lovely for the first 8 years but than I went to uni (moved 200km away) and that seriously messed up his head, he became this really lonely and withdrawn child (didn't help that we have 2 other older siblings who moved out a couple of years before me). After uni I came to London so we somehow drifted even more apart but when he was 18 he came after me and stayed here for a year. Went back to uni but now is again in London at the grand age of 22 and our relationship is really really good. I still feel I'm kind of a mother figure to him, he often accuses me that I sound like our mother (especially when girls are involved in the conversation). So all in all I recommend the 10yr gap:).0 -
Ttc40 - well done on the weight loss. I agree with Nicki if you get a positive today I would bd today and early tomorrow before he goes but if not then if you can travel to him then it would be worth it.
Kavics - hugs for period pains, hope that's the worst over and glad painkillers have worked.
I had really heavy bleeding over night but luckily not much pain but now have a horrible headache so laid in bed with heat pad on my tummy and cold strip on my head and have sent DH out for some painkillers.0 -
Hello,
TTC40 :j for your weight loss!!!
Quick question: Do you ladies ajust our temp if you got up earlier or later then you supposed to?
Yesterday my temp was 36.42C (97.56F) recored at 4:40 (so 50 minutes earlier) and today it was 36.45C (97.61F) recorded at 4:50 (40 minutes earlier)? I found this website that ajusts the BBT but not sure how accurate is http://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php
Any help will be appreciated.

2ba3c: Oh, I've noticed the white dot but I wasn't sure what was that.
I've ajusted my temps but not 100% sure if I'm doing the right thing.
Thank you for replying to my post.:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000
