Just popping in to say that I read this on FF which recommends against adjusting temps. I woke up at all sorts of different times the month I got this BFP and it didn't stop a pattern emerging.

I didn't adust any of my temps and I don't think your supposed to with FF tbh. As long as you enter the time you are taking your temp accurately then FF can work out a pattern. I would think by adjusting temps you are making them less reliable and less accurate and so harder to pinpoint a pattern.

No idea what up with my body as today i have ewcm?????? no chance of being knocked up this month as dh & I have been rowing since thursday :mad::(:o:o:o

If you have EWCM then it sounds like you haven't ovulated yet Tinks. Maybe you geared up to do so, but didn't let go of the egg, so your body is having another go now. So, maybe grab your OH, and have some make up sex (you can fall out with him again afterwards if he's really being a prat )

Your most fertile day is the last day of EWCM. Once you ovulate, the EWCM disappears, though you might get a tiny amount again right at the end of your cycle, just before or during AF. So if it's there, it's a good sign that you aren't out of time, and should get busy. The worst that can happen after all if you do is that your OH gets a free pass when he should be having to pay for his misdemeanours. The worst that can happen if you don't is that you miss the egg because you miscalculated when it was coming.

DH is now refusing to have sex until he's over his mental block. Which is just perfect timing cos lord knows how long it's guns take stubborn !!!! to feel better. He did manage to come this morning having some alone time (which I suggested to get his confidence back)

So even if I've not missed the egg cos i Oved this weekend, we're tuna miss it next weekend and not keep up with the every 2-3 days.

So this cycle might as well be written off. Just fab. Wish I could get pg by myself or by any bloke who just looked like DH :(:(:(:(:( x

TeamLowe - hugs, how frustrating for you and your DH, it is sometimes easy to forget with all the pressure we put on ourselves that they feel their own pressure to perform. DH sometimes performs too quickly before we have a chance to bd do I never tell him when it's ov time and try during those crucial times not to get him to excited before the actual bd. I agree that it would be so much easier if we could do it ourselves.

Tinks - it's not to late for make-up sex if you have ewcm!
