No rumfeeble, I don't think that thinking that makes you a bad person, in fact I bet most of the people on here think that at one time or another. I certainly do. I don't begrudge people getting pregnant or having families, how ever old they are or their capabilities, I just think that me and OH have got so much love to give a child and a lovely kind home, that we deserve our go as well.
I agree vesper
I love it that I can say these things on here and you all just 'get it'If at first you dont succeed, try, try again0 -
The test results are in - I've got my BFP. Moon and I can't stop smiling.
I will definitely not stop posting on this thread for a while though, as all of you ladies are my friends, and I want to be there when you get your BFPs too.
Thank you so much to all of you who've given me a shoulder to cry on, rant on, and advice to keep me going. I wish you all the greatest success, and hope it's soon!:starmod:I'm a SAHM to a smiley snuggly adventurous cheeky bundle of b:male:y b.Oct10. :j
We're a vegan family. We do cloth nappies/wipes, dabble with ECing, use toiletries without parabens/SLS etc, co-sleep, baby-wear, BF, BLW, eco-ball laundry, and we plan to home educate (ideally not at home too much - we want to travel the globe).:starmod:0 -
I am wondering the same - am super irritable today, just like PMT but on CD 13 and without the pain! I don't usually whinge about my DH (try not to anyway..) but.... for a moment... why can't men load a dishwasher properly? And why did he put all his clean t shirts back into the dirty laundry so I had to wash them again?
Ok, rant over, I have a lovely husband really..... I am a bit of a monster today , think I need to go and find some chocolate...
Calmed down now, chocolate was an excellent idea. And I would just like to retract my very middle class complaints ... I am so lucky to have a husband, AND a dishwasher :rotfl:0 -

hahaha :rotfl: you just made me laugh out loud at my desk. I'm jealous of your dishwasher though!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
haha my husband is my dishwasher! I cook, he cleans the pots.
Would so love some choccy right now, but only have some yukky cheap chocolate coins left from xmas, which I am not indulging in that. Or really really expensive choccys FIL bought us for xmas. So I have had to put up with a teenie weenie bit of jam on toast. Why on earth when you are trying to lose weight do you just crave choccy, and exercising just makes me even more hungry. I would absolutely kill for a bag of crisps today and I hate them!Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
Afternoon ladies,
couldnt face posting on the thread this morning, did yet another test and still bfn and still nothing of af despite the cramps yesterday, had a really bad migraine type headache last night when I went to bed which I dont usually get, looking back at it now though, it could have been a tension headache with worrying over this situation. Think i need to lay off the testing for a couple of days otherwise it feels like im just setting myself up for a fall every morning,
Oh came into the living room this morning and i was crying, it just seems to be so frustrating and emotional draining. Oh is more of a mr fix it guy and practicaly he cant really do anything and i know he feels at a loss, but all i really wanted this morning was to be hugged.
I was fine after the little cry but then felt all PMS angry with a short fuse and nothing OH could do would help me, he was trying to be nice and tell me everything will be fine, ill get my af try and stop worrying about it, but he doesnt know that for sure and it just made me more angry and it was the last thing i needed to hear, so i left him to it and took the anger out on the housework instead, at least i have a gleaming house to look at.
Welshgirl78: nice to 'meet' you hope you stay is short and sweet on the board and you have fun praticing in the meantime.
Sexymouse: am so so happy for you and moon, really glad for your bfp, yeah! :j
Nicki- I am so sorry to hear of what you are going through at the moment with your DD, hoping you get some answers and sending you some hugs.
Teamlowe- ah I really like the suggestion of the moon stages for sexymouse. Good luck with your naughty testing as well, whatever happened to naughty shoe purchases at night? Its more like opk and hpts at the moment for me.
I have been convincing myself that im pregnant as well before af and especially this month with whatever is happenign to me doesnt help either.
Moneypuddle- 5 stars for the dedication for setting the alarm to bd so early.
Kavics17- so glad for you that you finally managed to get your af at least it has come to a conclusion and you can start planning and take action for the next cycle now. Dont know how you managed it for 12 days, its very emotional and frustrating. I have my fingers crossed for you next cycle.
QQ- I am happy that you MIL has decided to have the op, hoping it all works out well and she recovers quickly, sound like a hefty trek for you though, make sure you look afterself as well.
Borokat- good luck for your testing tomorrow, will have my fingers crossed for you. I also find i get clumsy but im also really annoyed at myself as well for being so clumsy, i seem to have little patience with myself.
oh and wanted to add Im also another one that is in favour of chocolate, im muching a box of cadbury fingers that we didnt eat at christmas now with a cup of tea. At least they are calming me down and oh isnt getting shouted, well as long as he doesnt steal them0 -
i brought a pack of jaffa cakes in to work, thinking i'd have a couple and share the rest. the rest have not been shared as i'm too shamed to show people how many i've now eaten! :rotfl:
my husband is meant to do the washing up when i cook, however he does half of it three days later! that's been annoying me since we first moved in together. sort of accepted it now. at least i've got him to empty the pap catcher in the drain when it's full. it's the little victories you have to cling to
thank you for your answers re: craziness and speaking of that i said to myself that if my cervix is low that means i'm not pg, checked it several times today (is there a crazy smiley btw?) and just now it felt low, although admittedly not as hard as it usually is now in my cycle (2ww being the only time i check it). so of course i've come back and googled 'does your cervix position change during the day' :rotfl:
can't remember who asked but i used to wait five minutes after bd before going to loo but now as we're usually BDing at night and i'm tired, i just stick a towel underneath me and stay in bed, as leaving it there doesn't seem to upset my umm delicate balance.
i did read ages ago somewhere that it only takes 15 seconds for the strongest of the swimmers to get up into your cervix and they defy gravity so if they're guna get up there then they will no matter what you do and also by trying to give them a helping hand you're helping the weakest sperm who might fertilize an egg incorrectly (or whatever it is the low morphology ones do). so i suppose you should stand up straight after and encourage a survival of the fittest in your special bottom!Little Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

LOL! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I've done the 'bought something to share then eaten it all myself' many times before too. I sometimes have to hide my chocolate wrappers at the bottom of the bin at home so OH doesn't see how much I've been sneaking when he's at work!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary.
