Thankyou for such a warm welcome, I feel a little better already. So today I am on CD2 and since AF was late DH might be home from his work trip in time for OV now... yippee.
I just read a free ebook (cant do links, you cans earch for it on the amazon kindle store)
How to Get Pregnant Fast: Crucial Knowledge for Getting Pregnant
and it told me I should be avoiding eating cinnamon - anyone else heard this before?
Anyone else find themselves reading EVERYTHING they can find on the topic?
Thanks for the info :T. I'm sure I saw ladies on another forum who were actively consuming cinnamon (with honey I think) to help them conceive. There is so much conflicting advice out there :rotfl:0 -
Today is a good day.
Today I have PMA
Today I got two pieces of good news
1. I have happy scalesand managed to lose 6lbs last week!! I'm very sure that the loss rate will slow down from here on, but I'm still very happy about that!
(I noticed you're well on your way with your target too Birdie!)
2. I got the post today, realised it was for DH from my FS hospital, so I rang him (thankfully he was still on his lunch, I don't think I could've taken the suspense!) and asked if I could open it... he said yes... and I read it out to him:
"Dear Mr Bigzippy
Further to your recent semen analysis which was performed in December, this is well within the normal range.
I hope you find this satisfactory"
WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!
So, now I know that (barring anything else wrong with me, but we'll not go there) it's the PCOS and just the PCOS that's causing the issue. And as I've already lost weight, and on my way to losing more, and my cycles are far far shorter and I actually ovulate, I/we *should* be able to manage this without too much interference!
SO HAPPY!"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
