Shame you don't live nearer, I would certainly give you a break, I love LO's at that age, as you could see with the photos of me and Great Nephew. Yes, it is a battle of wills, but they always lose with me. CG - Spike's already on his way over to Nanny DG
He won't wear any sort of restraining contraption, climbs out of buggy etc.....:o I do walk away though and he does eventually give in (don't think i could do that near a river though.) Or bribing is always good
