I'll let you know what it's like in a bit - it's too hot at the moment. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -

Well, that was horrible:
Actually it was really nice. The potatoes were only just cooked though - even though it must have had a good 35 minutes. I was quite impressed with how little stuff I've used.
So, what can I eat tomorrow, now that I only have 10 potatoes left?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Have just stripped a cooked chicken that OH got reduced to £1.50 :money: - BUT - it is a bit overcooked and as dry as a bone
. Any ideas what I can cook to make it a little more appetising? We like spicy stuff.
I will be making chicken & sweetcorn soup out of the carcass & wings, and Coronation chicken out of the legs. We had beef curry last night so don't want another curry - and I've got no room left in the freezer. Fajitas? Lots of salsa and you won't notice that the chicken is a bit dry.0
