Looks lovely (even though I can't stand the smell of corned beef) I might be tempted to make that!

I'll let you know what it's like in a bit - it's too hot at the moment. :)

    Well, that was horrible:

Actually it was really nice. :D The potatoes were only just cooked though - even though it must have had a good 35 minutes. I was quite impressed with how little stuff I've used.

So, what can I eat tomorrow, now that I only have 10 potatoes left? :D

Have just stripped a cooked chicken that OH got reduced to £1.50 :money: - BUT - it is a bit overcooked and as dry as a bone :(. Any ideas what I can cook to make it a little more appetising? We like spicy stuff.

I will be making chicken & sweetcorn soup out of the carcass & wings, and Coronation chicken out of the legs. We had beef curry last night so don't want another curry - and I've got no room left in the freezer. HELP!!!!

Something like sweet'n'sour or hoisin sauce (nice and sticky) ?

  • Fajitas? Lots of salsa and you won't notice that the chicken is a bit dry. :)
