I always keep a bag of Quorn mince in the freezer for such emergencies (or just when I'm in the mood for some quick tacos!)

i would add some chunky mushrooms, and tin toms instead of mince yummy

Hi Changingme - don't be embarassed at asking such a question I wouldn't know that either . I would guess you freeze as is, but have a read of this thread for definiteive answers - freezing cabbage x

Hi - does anyone have any idea how to use up half a packet of hob nob type biscuits sandwiched with choc cream. I guess I could scrape the cream off and use the biscuit as a cheesecake base but does anyone have a better idea?
