Not really really busy - just lots of little things done. Managed everything on the list though.
What do you watch on a Sunday night if you don't like X Factor or period drama? Telly is rubbish tonight!
Have just made tomorrow's lunch - nothing very exciting just a sandwich and some fruit and houmous.
Its rained virtually all day today - pouring down now - summer is over again!
Only 15 days of work until a week off - but its open day on Saturday which means an extra half days work (unpaid:(). So it will be a long week this week....0 -
Just a quick list of evening meals for the week....(veggies listed to make sure I'm eating enough F&V)
Monday - quorn meatballs in passata with spaghetti (tomatoes, onion, mushrooms)
Tuesday - mexican potato bake (red onion, red pepper, tomatoes)
Wednesday - cheese bakes and beans
Thursday - sausages, roasties, peas and gravy (peas, maybe parsnips too)
Friday - fish and HM wedges and salad (salad)
I have at least 3 pieces of fruit every day so hopefully I won't die of scurvy!:D0 -

Afternoon all - not a lot to report, just work work work....
I have taken lunch to work every day so far and today have had a complete NSD (very rare!).
Yesterday was an odd day - it was my wedding anniversary and mixed feelings really - I know I've done the right thing in separating but still strange on a day like that really.
Oh well, life goes on....
Just a bit of work to do tonight to try to minimise the amount of work I need to do on the weekend.
This weekend I may be going out with friends from home that are visiting Manchester for the rugby league final and I'm working Saturday morning so could do with as much time off on Sunday as possible (may be a hangover involved too
). 0 -
Hi WW - anniversaries and birthdays are hard in this kind of situation. Just be kind to yourself - as you have a lot going on right now.
Hope that your weekend is happy and fun! Feels weird to be talking weekend plans on a Tuesday - I am more a last minute person!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I am shattered - a full morning teaching with not even 5 mins off and then straight into an afternoon (no lunch) with the local group of adults with learning disabilities - our school has strong community links and hosts an afternoon every month for the group and today was my turn to volunteer - I did a science event for them with lots of little experiments to try - they thoroughly enjoyed it - I'm kn*ckered!
Not much else to report today - had no time for anything else other than taking the dog to the park. Had a LSD - just £5, will hopefully be a NSD tomorrow.
Frozen pizza for tea - haven't got the energy for anything more complicated!:o0
