  • So, do we yet have a confirmed date in September when this changeover of accounts from Halifax to Lloyds systems is going to take place?

And as an online Halifax banking customer with various types of current and savings accounts what, if any, changes might we notice (assuming that the changeover goes smoothly without any problems)?

    No.

As others have said, integration has been put back until September.
Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.

  • Are all customers being switched over in one go?

And what if any differences will we see in online banking?

    Yes.

Immediately, none - although I believe Halifax and BoS will have more successful Faster Payments. Over time, I would expect to see greater functionality across all three brands, starting with the restoration of some of the things that Halifax and BoS customers have had removed.

Lloyds is finally beginning to realise that Halifax and BoS did some things rather well and there is more to life than just doing everything the Lloyds TSB way.

Couldnt agree more with that last paragraph o4u. One of the (many) abilities that is going that I will miss is the one which allows us to lookup pending authoruisations on cards, getting a breakdown, and being able to lookup where they are going. We will no longer be able to do this at all, only give the full pending balance, basically (actual balance - available balance) which the customer can easily do themselves. I get half a dozen of these sorts of calls daily - going to cause a lot of complaints.

    You still can.
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)
  • As well as current accounts, am I right in assuming that all savings accounts are being migrated across to Lloyds systems as well, fixed/variable websavers, ISAs, Guaranteed savers, regular savers, et al?
