Do they list all accounts under just one customer ID number when they have moved across ?
AFAIK HBoS will be under one customer number, and LLOY under another, as we (as HBoS colleagues) cant access LLOY accounts that are held on the system, so there must be some partitioning. Even though we have been taking calls for Lloyds to get used to the system, we wont have access to those after integration, which is happening either on the 12th or the 19th(cant remember which, will check next time im in) at 4am.100% G33K:D:D:D:D

Not happening yet folks, ive been rolling out the training..Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

I have both lloyds and halifax accounts.
Will my banking/personal details held with halifax be available to lloyds tsb and vise versa. Or will they be seperate with lloyds not being able to see halifax account and personal details and vice versa.0 -

There were letters sent out to HFX customers a few months back saying that all of their personal info will be available to LTSB aswell.100% G33K:D:D:D:D

So I'm confused now, do Lloyds TSB have access to any of my current and old halifax accounts then? I don't recall having such a letter.0 -

Lloyds TSB staff in branches and call centres will not be able to access your Halifax customer data. Halifax staff will not be able to access your Lloyds TSB data.0 -

Thats not entirely true, we wont be able to service lloyds accounts (after integration, we are servicing them now as training on the new system) but the details are still accessable. The letter that was sent out was a data protection notification stating that as account details are being held on a central system, halifax customer data will be available to colleagues accross the group, I do remember recieving quite a few calls about this a good few months ago.100% G33K:D:D:D:D

Well I just phoned Lloyds up and they told me that although the banking systems of the two banks are going onto the same computer system. Lloyds TSB will not have access to any Halifax customer data.0

They may have told you that to get you off the phone instead of explaining the full situation.0
