You're not, by any chance using FD IB Plus or Egg Money Manager are you? I had that exact same problem yesterday.
All you need to do is close all browser windows, start a new session, log on manually, and dismiss the generic warning about keeping your details up to date. After that the auto login will work fine.
Was pulling my hair out yesterday trying to work out what was going on!!I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0 -

yes - cheers I was using ewise ( the company behind egg moneymanager etc)
Of course I visted a branch today and it was closed with a queue outside and I thought it was connected to this issue , it was closed due to cash being collected by vanAzrael_1701 wrote: »No, they havent. cheers - do you know what they are doing in regard to customers with accounts with Lloyds TSB , Halifax and Bank of Scotland (where the customer has accounts with all three brands)
Do they list all accounts under just one customer ID number when they have moved across ?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Quote from the following article:
Lloyds Banking Group is testing systems ahead of a major migration of Halifax and Bank of Scotland (HBOS) accounts onto its own platforms.
The company, forty percent owned by the taxpayer since the economic crisis, revealed today that it was in "the final stages" of testing. The migration is targeted for the autumn.

I bank with Halifax and Lloyds TSB and knew nothing about them migrating.... I must have been living under a rock!Original debts: £14,250
Still to pay: £250 /£950 - Lloyds TSB overdraft (although with interest and charges, I've already paid £1,675!)
VSP#150 - £68.250
