I've just booked on a hot stone massage course. It's only a day course as it's a tag on to other courses I've done and i'll have to buy the stones but i've got three existing clients asking for the treatment and have had quite a few phone enquiries about it too. Time to bite the bullet and invest I think. Now to start googling and see how cheaply I can get the stones.

    Hiya Nicola,
I've been a reflexologist for ten years and gradually added other treatments as clients have asked for them. So I also do indian head massage, facial treatments, massage, beauty treatments and will soon do the hot stone massage too which is supposed to be a really relaxing treatment. Can't wait!

Lol, I wish you both nearer me too! Seriously, you should get down to your local college and have treatments there at a fraction of the price only don't tell anyone who lives near me!

    Hi LJD1

Hope you enjoy the hot stone massage course, i've been fancying that one for ages as not many around here do it. It looks blissful doesn't it, I even got as far as buying the heater and stones off ebay, but they weren't the basal stones, they just looked like beach pebbles so re-sold them. My friend found a course near us recently and did the day course and seems to be doing ok with it, I think she bought the la stone ones, I will have check with her.

Hope you have a great weekend zippy x

Thanks for the information about stones as I don't have a clue yet which ones to buy. I know they are expensive though. I'm going to try and get them when my wholesaler is having a VAT free day as that'll save me a bit. How long has your friend been doing it and is she enjoying it? I've not heard of la stone - is she happy with them?

Hope you have a good weekend too.

PS What have you done regarding the allergy testing????!!!????

Good news this week is hubby got quite a good pay rise so that's about another £100 a month. Still waiting for interest in the car we're selling. My car is in the garage today for an MOT so fingers crossed on that. Last year it cost over £300 so lets hope it's ok today.

This month i'm buying nothing that's not essential. This probably won't make that much different as i'm not a big shopper anyway but a pound here and there will probably add up.

It's frustrating that I seem to be doing so much but the debts not coming down. I guess it'll take a few months for some of the changes to kick in.

    Right, time to work xx
