Hello everyone
I want to rejoin the club if I can...I abandoned this in August, as I wasn't going through a great time. I have since put on 5lb I weigh 14 stones and 5lb. So I haven't been doing too well, but I am determined now to lose weight this year. I am currently a size 16/18 and I want to go down to a size 12. I want to lose weight for myself..but also because I have 3 weddings to go...
So hopefully this time I can be more helpful and committed...

yeah, i think it suits different people. I enjoy weightwatchers because it controls my portion sizes and I have successful weight losses on it. I tried slimming world with a friend of mine last year and that wasn't for me - I lost 1lb in a month and my friend gained! different plans work for different people.
I feel really motivated today as 3 of the girls at work I sit near are all going to do weightwatchers too - so that will help me out loads as we usually pass around jaffa cakes or crisps to each other.

For me, I use WW as it uncomplicated to use and I have managed to keep the weight off with WW. Even if I feel like making unhealthy choices, I still seem to maintain. Each to what suits them best, but I'm with you LouBlue.:D

How much weight have you lost so far Miss MP? Or are you at target? Yeah, WW works for me as I am a lazy cow - they do all the hard work for you.A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

That's great you have 3 girls doing it with you. I joined with a friend at the same time. I had 3 stone to lose and she had 4 stone, and we both did it. It was hard at times, but having someone else do it with you really helped. Keep up the good work! :TA cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -
Lo everyone, hope you are all doing well. got that list of HEBs now thanks so i can pick something a bit more interesting for my breakfast. I'm still not impressed with th number of 'faffy' ones on there but I suppose they are there for a reason. I've been soooo good this week. I've been to the gym twice and my piece de resistance was yesterday. I work in the food industry and our development team cater our monthly sales meeting. I managed to stay within my syns, despite the presence of our chef's home made chocolate dipping sauce. Made the pork and pepper goulash for tea last night - was it victory who recommended it? Too many pages to go back and find it, but you were right, it is lovely. I made it with smoked paprika which took the edge off it and left it runny. Don't know who they are kidding when they say it serves four but perhaps me and OH are just greedy. Doing a quorn shepherds pie tonight which is a new departure. OH is deeply suspicious of Quorn so I've had to promise him sausages as well. He insists that eating quorn must count towards his five a day as if it isn't meat it must be a vegetable!
I'm going for an indian tomorrow which is a new thing with SW - I thought I'd have a green day, fill up with rice and have chicken dhansak, using my HEBs for the chicken. Can you deduct 2 HEBs from a dish or not? Thanks!0 -
