Hi folks, I have not done well too good today as I had the hangover from hell (night out at my friends last night) my (not very dieting) day so far:
Breakfast: Bacon sandwich (grilled) with ketchup and 3 cups of tea (dehydrated!)
Lunch: Nothing
Tea: Chicken nuggets and curly fries (cooked in oven) and more ketchup
Snacks: Cup a soup, 4 crab sticks
I feel the munchies coming on now - help!!:rolleyes: Really not a good idea to have too many wines whilst on a diet - no willpower0 -
at the mo we are mad keen on fresh peppers cut into slices, they are lovely and fresh and curb munchies, try also carrot sticks great, my 6yr old is rushing about behind me happily eating them and they are not for him they are for me!!
That or the 0 point veg soup gets rid of the need for cheating!! xx0 -

soup for lunch and for dinner meatball with tom.sauce and lots of rice (cooked in the SC) - very yummy
and i am stuffed now :dance:
i admit i had a couple of cadbury hightlights chocolate cookies
but i really really needed a chocolate boost [honest]

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Welcome to the new faces - the 2 pound club now has 79 members!
Pixxysu - don't beat yourself up for eating the cookies, we all need occasional treats, and you can congratulate yourself for choosing a healthy treat.
Victory - peppers are a really good source of vitamin C, so a good choice for a snack. How are you doing, are you still feeling light headed?
Shopaholic - Breakfast: Bacon sandwich (grilled) with ketchup and 3 cups of tea (dehydrated!) good choice to make you feel better when you're hungover - the body needs protein and fluids to repair the damage (and you grilled the bacon!)
Lunch: Nothing I sometimes skip a meal at the weekend, if I get up late I have brunch instead - and it's better to miss lunch than breakfast.

Snacks: Cup a soup, 4 crab sticks - are you following Slimming World? If so, crab sticks and bacon are free on a red day!
As well as the 2 pound weight loss club, we also have the Day One club - you may have heard it mentioned already. The idea is that when you've fallen off the wagon, you put it all behind you, get back on again and start afresh, on Day One. It's up to you if you decide that will be tomorrow, or Monday or whenever, but of course for damage limitation, the sooner you get back on track again, the better it will be for your weight loss.
Rachel - one biscuit isn't going to do that much damage, see above regarding treats!
Edimew and Tallgirl - I'll join you in the challenge to have a maximum of 7 alcoholic drinks each week. My challenge is to drink only at the weekend, and then the amount I can have is restricted as it comes out of my daily syns allowance, so I'll stick to two glasses of wine a day.
I'm still going well and sticking to the plan 100% so I'm definitely hoping for a good result on Monday. I'm also resolutely refusing to give in to the temptation to weigh myself before then, so I'll be gutted if I don't!

Thanks for asking, I am doing better, it gets easier, so long as there is something that I can eat like peppers and not cheat then it has to get better day by day!! Yes, a little light headed today but I am off for a very long walk as the sun is shining , get the kids out of bed and a walk will do us good!!:j :j0 -
It was going so well during the week, but i really struggle at the weekends. yesterday i went to the cinema and ate 1/2 bag of chocolate eclairs and 1/2 bag of winegums. this morning i'm a whole pound more heavy than yesterday, and it doesn't look like i'll make 2 lb this week.
then i feel depressed and want to eat more again.......Proud to have become an Ocean Rower in 2010 (crossed the Atlantic in a crew of 4 ladies and had the best 77 days of my life!)0 -

i had a tiny lie in (till 8am :T) so less hours for me to look for food
we are having roast beef with pots and veggies for dinner. will have just a little bit of beef and go for a green day instead.
have got some of them batchelor rice thingies - that will be my lunch!
LL the cookies were rather delish- but i am almost out :shocked:
maybe that's a good thing :think:
so 'healthy' option: does that mean i can have loads?:D

Morning
All gone a little Pete Tong the last couple of days.
Got my son this weekend, as the eldest is having a sleepover for her birthday last week.
So in short I probably spoiled him a little and in the process ruined it for me. Friday night was a chinese takeaway, saturday was with Mrs Suggs was cinema 'deja vu' (very good film) and skinny latte then fish and chips and couple of handfuls of Cashews. Guess the worry about tomorrow is causing this as well, (long story, but me and 1 to 1 of recent years do not like each other)
Anyway the main thing is my son, he is happy and we are going swimming soon, I might do some more later once home from dropping him off.
Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.

just touching base.... not been too bad this weekend...had 2 individual apple pies and squirty cream yesterday !!! but i allow myself a treat on a weekend....have bought some weight watchers cake bars for when i fancy something sweet but thats not too often ... decided to change my routine so ill do my dvd workout mon-wed-fri now feeling a lot better about myself and can notice changes already my face looks slimmer....( i useually notice weight gain/loss in my face first !!!) anyway OH b.day is in 3 weeks so i got to really go for it and try to fit in to that white suit of mine !!!:T :T
