Hi Helen,

Just finished reading and wanted to say that i'm so sorry for everything you have been through in the past. It can't have been easy in anyway for you and I hope they lock him away today or tomorrow!!

On the saving front, I never in a million years thought i would be able to save especially when I have like £22k debt but i have literally been saving half of my left over spends and budgeting the rest and voila I have almost £1000 in my savings account, lots and lots of £2 coins, £1 coins and £5 notes in my terramunda, a little money bag full of all the other shrapnel and another savings account with £50. So it can be done Yes I have felt a little bit deprived since Christmas but I have survived. I'm on maternity leave and in 3 pays time my wage will have halved but ive learnt I can do it. If i can anyone can hun i am the biggest spender ever and like you I love the odd scratch card! I've learnt though that if I buy scratch cards and I win more than the value of the card I cash it in and put it in savings because if id have lost id have still had nothing... make sense lol

Sorry i'm rambling!

Ooo and finally...i'm a massive slimming world-a-holic! Well I was until I got pregnant....lost 3 stone and got to target, got preg and put it allll on and another 1/2 stone lol what can I say I just love pizza and pastry!!

Anyway, hope you have an ok day and that you rest up and make sure that cold stays at bay!

Aww thanks Nikki....you are so sweet to have read my entire Diary and then make such lovely and insightful Comments....I really appreciate it....

I feel really really rubbish this morning....This Cold is in full swing....I've had about 3 hours sleep if I'm lucky in two lots....the rest of the time i was up sneezing and sniffling. I'm taking flu/cold capsules every 4 hours and need to go out to get some more in a little while...that'll be fun considering how rough I feel....but it's got to be done....

My throat feels like someone is playing thrash metal guitar on my Vocal Chords....

Sorry, I know this is a really self-pitying Post....but I really AM feeling very sorry for myself this morning....Just hope I feel better soon...

On the Plus side I got Paid...YAY!!! So have paid Rent....tomorrow my Wonga Loan Payment goes out....and the rest I get to spend....but I'm going to be careful with it because I haven't got a lot right now....

Might make Bolegnase later on....at least that will be warming....even if I can't taste it properly!!

Hoping for the Verdict today....they have closing arguments this morning and then the Jury should retire to make their decision....it could take half an hour...it could take 2 days...who knows!! But I'm hoping to get a Verdict later on....

Helen, WHEN the scum is found guilty (or at least when you have an answer) you can start your life and your pot again. Fresh starts all round. I know you can do it, you just need to believe you can. You have so many people around for you, if you ever need anything we're always here

I have been feeling really down just lately it got so bad that i tried to push away everyone that cared for me, anyway, one person just wouldn't leave me alone (which i'm grateful for) and he convinced me to go to the gym. I'd not been in three months and really didn't want to go back, i didn't want to be around people, i didn't want to have to explain myself (its a small gym so me not being there was noticed) anyway, i went and i instantly felt so so so much better and now i constantly want to go or do other stuff. I think its the exercise lifting my spirits (and i hate exercise) Anyway. The point to this was, if you're feeling rubbish, make sure you stay around people, do things that make you feel good and like you've achieved something. Write a list of everything you need to do, even down to brushing your hair and getting dressed and cross them off when they're done. Then you can physically see how much you achieve in a day.

I don't want to give anyone my Cold but I'm keeping in touch with people via the Phone so I feel like I'm not completely alone...and you Guys are REALLY helping me feel like I'm not alone...

I'm sat here catching up on my TV for the Week....still hoping to Work tonight but we'll see how I'm feeling....I can cope with the snotty nose and the sore throat but I can't have a sneezing fit when I'm trying to talk sexy on the Phone with some Guy!! LoL :rotfl: "Oh yes sir, I'd like to do this and this" SNEEZE "and this" SNEEZE "oh and I sound soooo sexy don't I?" SNEEZE!!!

I've been told that I might get a Verdict today...and I'm just hoping he gets what is coming to him....And then I can get on with my Life...start afresh and begin to heal....I haven't really been able to heal over these past 6 months because I knew I would have the Court Case to deal with and that it would bring it all up again....

I'm going back into Therapy very soon....Partly because it is a Course Requirement of the Course that I'm doing....but partly because I want to heal what "he" has broken....and LIVE my Life the best way I can and do what is right for me....Just have to wait for my Finances to get a little better first as Therapy is usually about £50 per week....and you have to do it Weekly...no choice in that one....But in the next few Weeks I should be doing better...I hope!!

So that's me right now...Just catching up on Grey's Anatomy....have about 6 more to watch...YAY!! I love that Show and all the Men in it are sooooooooooo cute....LoL

Anyway...I'll let you all know if anything happens re the Court Case....

Thank You hun.....I know that this morning was closing arguments and the jury should retire around Midday to decide...so I'm not expecting to hear anything until this Afternoon....but then again - The Police said that it could take 30 minutes or it could take 2 days to get a Verdict....so who knows what will happen or when I'll hear....I just have to wait for it....

I think Therapy will help - IF I get the right Therapist who is experienced in dealing with the Issues that I have to deal with....

Right...Off to watch another Grey's Anatomy Episode....Speak to you all later on xxx
