Who would like to buy Peter Andre's house?!!! POA so I bet he'll defo be wanting more than he bought it for in 2010, £1,625,000!
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
Riteo, thanks Stumpy! I was betting on someone perhaps enquireing lol.

So not a major increase really....0 -
I don't normally like modern remodelling of older houses - and this is no exception!

So many questions, so little time. Most are just "Why?" however, the overriding one is raised by picture 10 and is "Who on earth thought it was a good idea to have an unobscured window in the bathroom at that precise height? And why is it styled like a rifle sight?"

If I was going to move back to Sussex, it would be the area I'd choose. But I don't think I'd want that house. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Private island:D - but I'd worry about flooding. I instantly wondered whether all those boats parked up around the island belong to the house-owner or whether I would have a problem at the outset (ie stopping other people parking on my "territory").0 -

Is the image on the TV on pic 5 from Wimbledon? If that is the case, I think it has been on the market that long because buyers are put off with that kitchen. I bet if the kitchen window is south facing, the lights have to be on all the time in there.
Whoooo!! See what you mean about the kitchen and I'd instantly be thinking "How much to whip it all out?" and concluding it wasn't worth it for a house in that price range. The one positive take on that is that surely no-one puts in a kitchen that is such an "exclusive" taste thing in a house they intend to sell on in the future. Therefore - they surely never intended to sell this house and must be doing so because they "have" to.0 -
