Could be some kind of mount for an old trelice archway or something similar?
Then again, it could just be a sheet of something with prongs sticking out that is being used to keep the table level?0 -

Oh yeah, looks like something used to be mounted on those metal screws and they've put the table over it to try and disguise it. Perhaps they used to have a kiddies slide down onto the lawn. What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

Someone must have bought a job lot of black granite tiles:

Possibly the most hideous cottage I've ever seen

Well spotted! I saw scratching post and food bowls and searched hard for lurking, sullen catty, but not spotted him/her yet. So many delightful details;- wonky leg on kitchen table (visible napkin stuffed under leg) Footspa (?) semi-hidden under the coffee table, goodness only knows what the heavy floral curtains are concealing in the conservatory...Possibly the most hideous cottage I've ever seen

Oh and husband has just spotted, leaning over my shoulder; in the kitchen, over the table, there is what looks like a cooker hood on the wall (shelf??). Yes, it is indeed a cooker hood for on the table is a little portable electric hob. Presumably the only cooker in the house...0 -

Slightly confused on this one. Is the shed/ workshop in the back garden the next door neighbour's as there is a window but no door?Don't Panic - and carry a towel

The most awful kitchen ever. Even those stuck in a 70s timewarp are much better
Is the image on the TV on pic 5 from Wimbledon? If that is the case, I think it has been on the market that long because buyers are put off with that kitchen. I bet if the kitchen window is south facing, the lights have to be on all the time in there.0 -
