How can you have a bedroom that is 7`3" by 3`8" ?
When I rented a student house, one of our number hardly ever visited, either sleeping in his girlfriend's place, in his car, or at home 30 miles away. We never saw him reading, and he had no desk to sit at and write essays. He was never known to cook, and most of the time we had no idea where he was.
Perhaps that room would be ideal for students like him.

I would be investigating further because of it actually - but then I have a dream of a "wild" swimming pool and would be wondering if that was supposed to be a swimming pool or a pond. I LIKE water and have to restrain myself visibly when spotting any anywhere...:rotfl:0 -

Why so many photo's of the garden and not a single bathroom or bedroom?
And on the floor plan there's another kitchen and breakfast room on the first floor? Weird!
Check the entrance hall and separate doors to the ground and first floors? It has been rented out as two flats. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
