    Agree that a wall or two of bare stone (or brick) can look fine in cottage-y situations and I'm sure yours look great ;), but have to confess they're not for me - and fortunately our Georgian(ish) house is more suited to smooth plastered walls! Think the PO secretly fancied himself as a cave-dweller :D

    Cant believe the agent didn't use a stock phrase need about modernisation!

    I really like this and it looks well maintained and cared for.
    I would probably redecorate but that's the case for most of the properties I see posted on here.

    I really like this and it looks well maintained and cared for.
    I would probably redecorate but that's the case for most of the properties I see posted on here.

    I find the bathroom tiles distressing but the bedroom I can cope with.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

    (If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)
