I'd also be a bit worried that it was for sale with a different agent in the Street View.

Two brilliant ways to flag up problems and scream "Run away!" to any potential viewer.

And there appears to be a tip of some kind right next door if you look at street view.

Looks like a nice country road, so only reason I can think of for barriers is an ice rink in winter. Bang! Eek . Bang! Eek .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Not sure what I make of the toilet (pic 15) disguised as a hole in the work top!

I think there is another toilet disguised as some kind of storage in pic 17 (note the toilet brush and loo roll).

I'm not too far away from this place. It is a very narrow lane, there are some passing places. I would guess that the front wall has been demolished a time or two.

I would [STRIKE]expect[/STRIKE] hope that the "tip" would go away with the current owner, as the contents, as far as I can see seem to be mainly pallets, ladders and tiles and they are Roofers by trade.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

Call me suspicious, but I'd be rather concerned about a property with four pictures of the public gardens outside and not a single picture of the flat itself.
