No driveway to the garage! Whilst I accept most people don't use the garage for the car but why not have used it for extra downstairs living space?!

Yes, but isn't saying "we will only sell to 55+ year-olds" the same as saying "we will only sell to white people"?

No.
They are purpose built blocks for the elderly, usually built and run by a charitable trust and will often have a resident warden and emergency pull cords in the rooms.
Anyway, this one isn't for sale it's £105pcm.

How many statues in the front garden? Unfortunately, the front garden looks like it belongs to the ground floor flat as the 1st floor flat which is for sale has the back garden.
