It is cheap for people working. This is what passes for "affordable housing" for the retired/disabled in these parts. Note the Housing Association's criteria:

"Eligibility Criteria:
Age over 60 years old;
Or applicants with mobility issues.
Currently employed or in the receipt of housing benefits.

Please note requirements are very strict and there is no flexibility on that."

Aren't there age discrimination laws that would be applicable here?
