Seems cheap ?

Just a bit. Even in the North East I would expect to pay £105 a week at least. Not a month. Maybe they missed a 0 off?

I think it's a mistake on the price, but the strict letting criteria (over 60 or restricted mobility) will affect it.

It looks really small too, not much bigger than the toilet roll next to it. Maybe the previous owner was a man who liked a challenge.

Funny, I've looked at that one as number of times and wondered why it was sticking, rather than thinking about pic 20.

It is a nice old house, probably needing quite a bit of £££ input, but its main problem seems to be the lack of a rear garden.

(Of course, the weather's always like that around here )

I'd also be a bit worried that it was for sale with a different agent in the Street View.
