So there is only one photo to sell this house, and they choose to show that one neighbouring house is totalling boarded up and the other side it looks like the largest window is boarded up?

But the agent does say "viewing's (viewings) highly recommended". They always say this, or something similar, when the property is a complete tip.

Now that is what I mean by an "auction property" and the next thing you know I'll expect to see it on "Homes under the Hammer" and with the presenters recommending even having to move the staircase. Wondering what that strip of metal is on the wall in the photo of sitting room and kitchen (with staircase in the room) and I assume it's an RSJ still clearly visible from when the two rooms were knocked through (never seen that before:eek:).

Have just been sharing this little gem with my work colleagues, every photo is a delight, but it's picture 3 that i'm particularly fond of ... it's just a shame Elvis isn't in focus!
