Plenty of garages/parking are listed under "1 bed" and studio.I like how they listed this as a one bedroom house!

IIRC it was because RM didn't used to have a category for parking. There is an "other" category for it to go into these days, but some EA's haven't changed their templates by the looks of things.
Or they could be being devious (I know, EA's devious? Never!) Many 1 bed/studios don't come with any parking and tend to cluster in high density areas with limited on street parking. So someone looking for a studio will also see their parking space or garage, even if they weren't explicitly looking for it.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
