People who write their blurb in BLOCK CAPITALS should be shot.
It's probably because they believe that capitals are easier, when in the real world, all research into reading skills suggests the opposite.
I scarcely notice when its in a block, but I dislikeit WHEN THEY SHOUT in the middle of sentences.
Anyway, one doesn't need to be an architect or surveyor to affirm that a conventionally built bungalow may be turned into a two storey building (subject to planning permission.) A statement like that is meaningless without costings.

I picked this one up because it was too cheap. Then I noticed the agricultural tie and a complete lack of internal photos....

Hmmmm, it's fairly unusual for councils in this area to enforce ties by fining non-compliant owners or demanding a sale, but this one has taken a bit of shifting, considering it was on the market in 2010 with a different agent:

Even if it does go at or around £275k, the owners will be getting a good return, as Rightmove shows it last sold in 2002 for..............£80k
Nah, I don't believe that! Something fishy here, but I can't work it out.0 -
Davesnave - saw that one whilst browsing various areas like Devon, Cornwall, Yorkshire Dales etc (the daydream about an early retirement B&B surfaces every now and then).
The Map View has it located in the middle of the Gulf of Guinea - which must be some kind of Google default being on the Greenwich meridian and the Equator - 0 longitude and 0 latitude. It's actually here : https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/50%C2%B058'31.8%22N+4%C2%B031'09.8%22W/@50.975344,-4.5198882,160m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d50.975509!4d-4.519387
One possible problem that springs to mind in that area with houses of around this age is Mundic Block issues : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mundic. Seen a couple of cheapies in Cornwall/Devon where in the small print there's this issue.0 -

 For that price it had better be opposite Harrods!0 -

Quite the opposite as it is a semi-rural place, although there is a train station that gets you you Charing Cross, so you could get to Harrods...To err is human, but it is against company policy.0 -

It's well outside the usual Mundic area, I think, and not pre-1960 either by the look of it.0 -

Well - looking at the eaves - could one of the reasons for internal piccies be its riddled with damp?0 -

I'm probably wrong - no change there then- but I thought that pic of the eaves looked as though there had previously been ivy or similar growing up that elevation and whilst it has since been removed, the owners were too lazy - or too short, lol! - to reach right up into the apex with the new masonry paint....
