The place itself is nothing to write home about, but I love the description. People really shouldn't write descriptions if they aren't proficient in english:

Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

But from the front it looks so well cared for but behind closed doors...Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Its a shame. Photo 8 shows the reason. Photo 12 has a clue the illness might be relatively recent? (those lights in garden are fairly modern style).0 -

Photo 8 is a 'Spot the Agent,' though.0 -
I'm guessing being disabled can "get on top of" someone that would normally have "standards" and I suspect they used to have some.
Guess if it's not possible to "throw money at" a problem then its possible for severe prolonged illness to cause someone who wouldnt otherwise do so to just think "Blow it...."0 -
It's not often you see a new-build version of the traditional 1930s semi but here's one: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/new-homes-for-sale/property-54593287.html
I think it's actually quite nice. No tiny box bedroom and the kitchen at the front which is an interesting idea.0 -

Love the wide doors generally, but I think the kitchen one is a bit "officy". I know a few houses with kitchens in the front (including mine) and it's nothing but a good idea. Your kitchen doesn't have to be next to the garden, indeed I prefer a living room to overlook the garden rather than a road given a choice.
Still way overpriced though.0
