Wow  wonder if the buyer would need to get rid of all the stuff too?

It's not often you see a new-build version of the traditional 1930s semi but here's one: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/new-homes-for-sale/property-54593287.html
I think it's actually quite nice. No tiny box bedroom and the kitchen at the front which is an interesting idea.
Not at all keen on the kitchenAlthough I'm originally from the south east I can't get over that price! There are some much larger (3500 sq ft) new build (and surprisingly rather characterful) detached houses with very long gardens just gone up five minutes from us - I'm currently in the West Midlands - and they are virtually the same price
I do like kitchens at the front generally though - we chose to site the kitchen at our last (rural Georgian) house at the front and absolutely loved itMortgage-free for fourteen years!

It doesn't look too bad to me, but I'm not sure if that's mare's tail in the garden.0 -

Where there's a will, there's usually a wayWe bought a house once that had a tenant in one of the four flats it had been divided into, and who refused us entry into his flat (the whole ground floor). The garden (65' x 35') was completely inaccessible due to shoulder-height brambles. We bought it sight unseen.
Beneath all the detritus the house is probably in a fairly ok state......Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

You're right! I thought it was some kind of lavish pet home.
