....and I was studying some very nice contemporary American gardens on the web yesterday - and hadnt realised how it's possible to base some very nice gardens around rather attractive/contemporary takes on bark chippings over quite a substantial area of them...0 -

It's a mounting block, to help you mount or dismount a horse. You can see them in picture 1 as well, positioned by the driveway so that they're convenient for visitors.0 -

Needs a refirb, you are not kidding. The buckets in the bathroom kinda hint that the roof is not water tight.
That's quite a price they are asking as down the road is a half thatch cottage all done out for 275K
