Needs a refirb, you are not kidding. The buckets in the bathroom kinda hint that the roof is not water tight.
That's quite a price they are asking as down the road is a half thatch cottage all done out for 275K
(though the location is good admittedly - but 300K good? time will tell)
Uh-oh - there could be a decent house underneath all the junk (ie after my usual "rip it all out" treatment had been applied) - but what is that cracking on the bathroom wall? I've just seen a second reason to investigate exactly what plants are there in that overgrown garden....0 -

Are you taking the pith? Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -
Now that one I rather like - it would pretty much do me exactly as it is. I'd just take out the bamboo in the garden (in case of spreading) and put in a nice big characterful fruit tree. Take out the astroturf and replace with grass and that would be me = done.:)0 -
Sorry Mr Potential Buyer, no room for your sofa here !

I cannot work out what's going on with the inner surface of the archway in pic 11. Is it hollow? Or mirrored?
Looks like a hobbit would feel right at home though.
