Haha, was just clicking on the links to have a laugh and this one came up! This is round the corner from me! Priced a bit high this one I would say.
There are 2 rooms listed as 'living room' so I do still think even if you didnt use the staircase room as a bedroom then you would still have 3 bedrooms. Some folk would possibly call it a 4 bed!

How the heck is that lot getting packed to move? The owner couldn't put them in bags or boxes as they would suffocate.
