    Hello everyone!

May I know your thoughts in comparing these two properties for 38yr old please?

    2) http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41897391.html 95years remaining but I guess I could extend early for a cheaper price.

    Thanks.
In the one above, the guy with the Smart car is taking the pee and needs it smeared overnight with olive oil.

I would do that at 68, never mind 38. :A

That brought on a second stage thought to my "Rip everything out and paint it all white" thought I usually have.

The second one being "get with the jungle effect" - ie loads of lush jungly type plants in nice pots - both in that entrance alley and in the garden. It could look nice - with a bit of effort. Right at the moment - it's one of those "barren wildernesses" I really don't like personally.

That'll be the fcukwit agent's car.... Typical agent vehicle - and parking, and they'll either be too lardy to walk further, or they'll totter in their high-heels and break an ankle. They did have to carry a clipboard!

So, just make sure it's extra virgin olive oil, from Leccino olives!

Or it could be that it isn't infact a smart car at all and in infact a Renault Twizy Electric car so is parked there so it can be charged from the house:p

This one seems to have an unusual micro-climate; wintry snow at the front and bright summer sunshine in the back garden

Is it actually snow though? It looks like it, but I think it's actually white stones that they've covered the front area in. There doesn't seem to be any snow on the roof or other houses that are visible...

It seems weird to have a toilet in a utility room (pic 20). I suppose it's handy for towels.

    OK......

So, can you point me in the direction of the legislation which allows electric cars to be driven on pavements?

It could be the Extension leads, maximum length, regulations 2011.

Yet another reason to vote out, apparently.

While I like the ingenuity of your answer, it doesn't mean that a need confers a right.

In the case of extension leads, there is a natural restraint from a higher authority than EU legislation. As Scotty is famously quoted, "Ye cannae change the laws of physics, or park yer Twizy without a dropped kerb!."

Bad space distribution downstairs, resulting in a daft kitchen, may cost them dear.

It doesn't seem too bad if you consider the "hall" to be the dining area of a dining kitchen. I don't know why they have chosen to label it the way they have.
