The only problem I can see with this is it's IN a national Park.
No doubt it's listed or has convents on it which makes it impossible to move even a brick.

May I know your thoughts in comparing these two properties for 38yr old please?
1) http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41879316.html It says the lease if over 999years which I find unusual for a new build flat. It has two bathroom, not necessary for me.
2) http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41897391.html 95years remaining but I guess I could extend early for a cheaper price.
