  • I haven't signed anything, in fact i've had no paperwork! The only paperwork i've had is my LA fitness membership card. So i'd like to see them try!

Also people need to check whether this is in the paperwork that they signed. If not they can't add it at a later date anyway.
  • Typical me, when and jumped in without reading through all the info. Does anybody know if there is a cooling off period where you can cancel without losing any money?

    U have 30 days - cooling period.
  • Have you actually checked the paperwork you signed before you cancel. If you didn't have that clause in there then they can't add it afterwards.

    good luck

  • I signed up yesterday and received my policy details today. Just wondering what happens with the gym membership, do I get a card sent to me automatically? or do I have to call up or do I just go down to my local gym? Doesn't mention anything at all in the documentation they sent me.

I will check the paperwork first, but wanted to know if I had a get out clause if it does state it.
    Thanks for the advice! :D

choose hospitals outside london, the highest excess and of course if you're generally healthy, exercise more than 3 hours a week etc, you'll get 30% off your premium.

hmmm...i'm not sure about that, but even if u don't qualify for the 125 quid, the regular quidco amount is 115. not a big difference me thinks.

i'm still waiting for some info on the 6 month thinggy. but i reckon that if it's not stated anywhere, they then can't simply ask the money back from you??

for those who have taken out the policy, does it say anything to that effect in the policy document? many thanks.
