hi mum of 5,

Hi, No idea. I don't drink so i don't know if that did it? Why don't you try ringing them?
good luck.0 -
Hi,
Can anyone who has the free 6mths offer at cannons .. plse let me know how long it took from signing up to actually being able to go the gym.
WAS IT DAYS OR WEEKS? ... and the process involved.
Cheers,

Hi, yeah I'd like to know the answer to this too. I want to start using the gym from the 3rd of feb and was just wondering when I need to sign up to pruhealth?
Thanks0 -
Hiya
It was days for me and my friend - I signed up on the Wednesday, got the pack through on the Friday and got my Cannons card on the Saturday!!
Although my policy does not start until 1st February my card works now!!
BUT - I would think you could still get everything set up and ready to go for the date of your choice.
The small print does say the membership will take affect on receipt of your first months premium to the Pru, but at my club this seemed to make no difference.
See my earlier posting on how to get even more off using freefivers.co.uk.

hi, freefivers offers 57.5 cashback, but quidco offers 115. anyone have any idea how long it takes for the quidco transaction to show up in the system? since i am only paying 20 quid per month for the Pruhealth policy and will cancel after 6 months, the 115 cashback means that i only effectively have to fork out a grand 5 quid for 6 months of Cannons. Thats great!!0 -
Thanks Phephee.
I was quoted £16.95 per month for Pruhealth. Fingers crossed it gets tracked through quidco too, cus then I'll be £13 up after the 6months!
6 x £16.95 = £101.70
Quidco cashback = £115.00
Not baad at all!0 -
hmmm...i'm just curious as to how people got such low quotes on their policies. i'm in my mid 20s, live in london, dont smoke, hardly drink and chose a hospital outside of london, with the highest excess...and only got a 20 quid quote. why oh why? :-)0

I couldn't get the quidco one to work and nobody on here could confirm it would - the freefivers one however showed straight-away. BUT I really am no expect on cashback sites so decided to stick with the one I could understand0 -
I signed up on saturday, My web quote for 18 year old none smoker (it didn't ask me about drinking?) was £15.52 However on the next thing it asks about any medication and I am on some anti depressents, do you think this is going to affect my quote, I get them from the nhs and am coping ok now. It's mostly the reason I want the gym. I really hope I can still get the quote. Has anyones quote vastly changed when they've sent the "medical questionaire" or whatever it is they are sending back?0
