Thanks for the chart again. I think I'll stay out of the challenge this month. Ben Nevis means I can only log distance so turbofire & Insanity won't get a look in. I'm also not sure how to log in the 10 minutes workout as I do a variety of all. I'll simply log in my daily/weekly workouts for my own record and I'll be cheering y'all on :T
Today's workout. Went out for a jog again
Jogging 11km/6.98 miles 1 hour 11 minutes (my pb yet :j)
Turbo fire:
Hiit 15 minutes
Tone 30 minutes
Total: 1 hour 56 minutes :j :jSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Hey all, congrats sotw and sotm WorldOfTights
And well done Eric
fred- can you add me to the 5lbs challenge. Wont be doing any of the other challenges as i just need to work on my food intake i think as it needs a lot of work.
Anyone have any ideas on easy quick breakfast ideas?
I spend 20mins looking at cereal when i go shopping and still dont buy anything because im not a big fan of the cereals they have. Yogurts always get eaten buy the kids if i buy them, so thats another thing i cant havePAD Maker0 -
Well done Eric :T:T:T
Mandz - I now have cooking an omlette down to a fine art and and it doesn't take any longer than the porridge I used to have. Usually have 3 eggs and some ham or salami - keeps me full for much longer than cereal used to as well.
Thank you for the chart Fred, all of your hard work really is appreciated
Could you put me down for the 5 lb Challenge again this month. Also I have both brothers and sisters.
I would like to take part in the 10 min challenge, but I am a bit confused about how this will work. Do we give a number of 10 min 'slots' we want to acheive, ie, 100 lots of 10 min over the month? Also if I did longer, for example, a 20 min bike ride, would this count as 2? Or have I got it totally wrong

Welcome to the group ALJA! :j Do you want to join any of the challenges this month?I would like to take part in the 10 min challenge, but I am a bit confused about how this will work. Yes, I think we do say how many 10 min slots we want to achieve over the month. But it's got to be different exercises each time, so if you did 20 mins on the bike then it would only count as 1 as it's one type of exercise.
One thing I'm not sure of is what we log each time - do we log what type of exercise we did, or just say that we did one?
Also, how are we going to remember what we've done? I wondered about some kind of table with a list of exercises down the side (can add to it every time we come up with something new) then it would just be a case of marking down next to people's names when they do it, which would also give us a bit of inspiration when we are stuck for exercises to do. Does that make sense?
Either way, I've done my first exercise - 1 = Badminton (15 mins with DS1). Will also do at least 10 mins on the bike later as I've got a Big Mac and fries to burn off. Will log that when I do it.
Oh yeah, I've not joined up yet... Fred, can you please add me to the challenges! 5 lb a month, I've got a sister, and want to aim for 40 different exercises over the month. I did think of going for 50 but wondered if I'd get stuck for different exercises to do later in the month? Will see how I get on.0 -

If people can list some exercises tonight I'll make a chart and try to keep up with the logging - I'll try to post it every few days but at least weekly with the rest of the charts.0 -
