-0.25 lb loss for me this week. Not as much as I would liked which I put down to not doing much excercise this week.
I have failed this months challenge again. Feel quite annoyed with myself as I made such a good start (for me) and fell at the final hurdle
On the positive side I have increased my excercise this month and have begun to enjoy three new classes at the gym - so bring on September :T
Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone.
Jess
Jess dont beat yourself up over it, sometimes life gets in the way. Anyway you did better than me lol. I think you did FAB and without this challange, you may not have done anything.;)

0.5lb gain this week. :-( Had a difficult week exercise wise, have been on early shifts all this week, and have been shattered. Lost a bit of track with eating too - I seem to be drifting back to bread items when I know that they aren't good for me.
I suppose I'min a vicious cycle - tired due to shift patterns, which leads to lack of exercise and poor eating which in turn, leads to more tiredness and lethargy. Anyone have any tips on how to break the chain?
Oh, and can you log 1hr of exercise for Mon
I can sympathise with you. I to work a mad shift pattern and can work betweem 50-60 hours a week.
Every week I work an 8-8 day shift, next day 8-8 nite shift, only have that day off when I finished at 8 in the morning, then a normal day shift, either 8-5 or 8-6, next day. My body clock is all over the place!
Although contracted to 37.5 hrs a week, this balances out over 9 weeks, we have to cover a 24 hour emergency on call shift every week which isn't included in the contracted hours, its extra. I have worked 23 1/4 hours of this before now. I often get called out in the middle of the nite.
The way I work it is I count a day as from I get up until I go to bed. This means when on nights my day is roughly 24hour long. The next day, when I get up following night shift only lasts about 10-12 hours.
As I follow SW I count my sins and A and B selections into these 'days'.
