    hey i thought this was you with all the exercise you do it should be ,
    i have a lousy cold but 1 hr dog walking no weight loss this week sts will weigh again thursday and should have a kitchen come thursday whoohoo so good food only and no excuse for biscuits,cakes chocolate etc cant wait .
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

    hey when i jump my belly rebounds several times all my weight sits at the front so i have to say everything rebounds its like a mummy space hopper and 2 babies in a sack race and getting nowhere lol
    on a better note got into a hoodie i bought 2 yrs ago so somethings happening even if the scales arent showing it
    So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

    69.8 kg today. That's a loss of 0.3 kg since last week.

    Or, not quite a pound. I'm below 11 stones now and I'm happy about that.

    I weighed in on Monday this week but failed to post my loss - oops.

    It's -3.6lbs for me this week, thanks Fred :)

    Unfortunately I pulled a muscle in my neck yesterday morning, so not sure how the exercise is going to go this week :( I mean, I could probably do my exercise bike and not move my neck much, but I shouldn't, right?

    Ho hum!

    Hope everyone else is doing well :)

    -0.25 lb loss for me this week. Not as much as I would liked which I put down to not doing much excercise this week.

    I have failed this months challenge again. Feel quite annoyed with myself as I made such a good start (for me) and fell at the final hurdle :o

    On the positive side I have increased my excercise this month and have begun to enjoy three new classes at the gym - so bring on September :T
